Each tool is designed to open up conversations that are often hard to start. Use them independently, with a parent or carer, or as a practitioner in session — they're built to be flexible, low demand and genuinely useful in real settings.

For therapists and school staff: all tools below are free to use directly with clients and young people in sessions. No permission needed, no licence required — just open and use. If you'd like to build your skills in using psychoeducational approaches with neurodivergent young people, take a look at the CPD training.
