Grounding Space
A moment before we begin
The space between arriving and beginning matters. In person, a journey or a waiting room offers that pause — a chance to leave the day behind and turn toward yourself. Meeting online can close that gap, so this is offered in its place: an invitation to ground, to breathe, and to make the transition into therapy space at your own pace. You're welcome to use it before a session with Leanne, or simply whenever you need a moment to settle.
Use as much or as little as you'd like — or none of it at all. This space is only yours, and nothing here is saved anywhere but on your own device.
Sound, if you'd like it
Gentle background sound can quieten a busy room or a busy head. Start here, or skip it.
Find your breath
Choose a pace that feels right today, then follow the shape.
How are you arriving?
Tap what fits. There's no wrong answer, and you can pick more than one.
Anything you'd like to bring today?
A word, a worry, a wondering. Only if it helps — a blank page is fine too.
This stays on your own device only — it isn't sent to Leanne or anyone else. You can copy anything you'd like to share into the session yourself. Clearing it, or closing this page on a shared computer, removes it.
When you're ready, take one more breath — and step into your session.
If you have a session today, join by opening the link Leanne sent you — it will be in your email, or wherever you saved it. There's no rush; follow it whenever you feel ready.
